Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Official Trailer #2 2018 Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is an upcoming American science fiction adventure film. It is a sequel to the 2015 film Jurassic World and is the fifth installment in the Jurassic Park film series. Derek Connolly and Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow both return as writers, with J. A. Bayona as the director. It will be produced by Frank Marshall, Patrick Crowley, and Belén Atienza. Trevorrow and original Jurassic Park director Steven Spielberg are executive producers. Filming took place from February to July of 2017. Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, and B. D. Wong will reprise their roles from the preceding movie Jurassic World and are joined by newcomers Toby Jones, Rafe Spall, Justice Smith, Daniella Pineda, Ted Levine, Geraldine Chaplin, and James Cromwell; additionally, Jeff Goldblum will reprise his role as Dr. Ian Malcolm from the original film and its 1997 sequel. Universal Pictures has scheduled the film for release in the United States on June 22, 2018. It’s been four years since theme park and luxury resort Jurassic World was destroyed by dinosaurs out of containment. Isla Nublar now sits abandoned by humans while the surviving dinosaurs fend for themselves in the jungles. When the island’s dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event. Owen is driven to find Blue, his lead raptor who’s still missing in the wild, and Claire has grown a respect for these creatures she now makes her mission. Arriving on the unstable island as lava begins raining down, their expedition uncovers a conspiracy that could return our entire planet to a perilous order not seen since prehistoric times.
